現在、iPhoneアプリとして配布されているViberというVoIPアプリケーションですが、Android版も「Comming soon」となっている事もあり「どういうものか」を色々と調べていました。
すると、下記に記載するブログで非常に興味深い事が書かれていたので、ここで紹介したいと思います。

詳しくは、リンク先を参照して頂ければと思いますが、電話番号をアカウント名(?)として使用する点はSkypeに比べると面白いとおもいますが、アドレス帳の内容が転送されている事、さらにそれが平文で送られている事が残念な感じです。
また、3G回線でどうやってキャプチャするんだろう？と不思議に思っていましたが、こういうやり方もあるんだなと良い勉強になりました。
